    What counts as one transaction?

    One line on your bank or payment-platform statement — each deposit, payment, transfer or charge. Balance-forward and subtotal lines don't count.

    Is the quote really fixed?

    Yes. A quote based on your uploaded statements is fixed for 12 months, provided your actual volume stays within the quoted band plus 20%. If your business grows beyond that, we agree the next band together before anything changes.

    Are audit fees included?

    No — the statutory audit is performed by a partner CPA firm and quoted separately upon request, starting from HK$8,000 for a small Hong Kong company.

    Do you charge extra for multiple currencies?

    No. Multi-currency bookkeeping with automatic FX is included in every plan — HKD, USD, CNY, EUR and more.
